All of the original paperwork from the Munves collection has been sold and is no longer listed.

We have started re-publishing our book series and they are now better than ever. Professionally bound and more pages. New books will be added as they are completed. The Restoration Guide is complete and so is the Munves Catalog collection. The Antique Arcade book will be released this month. They will be available through your local bookstore as well as this website(take the ISBN number if you want your local bookstore to order them, although that makes little sense because you can just order here which is faster and more secure). We do have other books that will be completed as time allows.

The Restoration CD Guide with video tutorials has been reworked and now includes two complete tutorials for Photoshop and Gimp. Gimp is a free graphics tool similar to Photoshop but it is free...like I said. These additional tutorials will help even the novice computer user master the restoration skills needed to digitally restore arcade artwork, pinball, jukebox, slot machine, and any other printed artwork.

I have produced a number of Ray O Lite figures(see mechanicalarcade.com under Cabinets) and I am interested in trading my extra figures for original Ray O Lite figures. If you have an old war theme figure, I would trade one of my new figures plus a complete background for just your figure. If you have a different figure or a set, I might trade one or two figures or figures plus a background depending on what you have. Contact me and maybe we can work out a deal.

About two years ago I found someone posting a lot of rare paperwork on eBay. I emailed and found out that this guy had a huge collection of paperwork from a warehouse he wanted to sell. Long story short--I bought him out. That is why his auctions ceased. I finally had a chance to go through my purchase and I have decided to share my good fortune by selling off the duplicates from this massive collection.

I have also dropped the price on the remaining RayBoard cards so if you have a Seeburg Ray-O-Lite game or you think you might ever purchase one, you had better grab a card before they are gone because I will not make another batch.

I am willing to trade flyers and catalogs for other flyers, catalogs, or manuals I do not have for EM games ONLY(no video or pin, I have too many of those already).

Only a few Zultans left, I am keeping two for myself so dont miss your chance to grab one of the last ones that will be available. They are not making any more.

 

 

11/10/2007 RayBoard Released

Finally after much development and testing we have released the RayBoard Chicken Sam Amp replacement. The amplifiers for chicken sam are very hard to come by but many people have cabinets. We have created a modern electronic substitute for the Chicken Sam tube based amp which can make your chicken sam playable again.

8/2007 Revamped Site

Our switch to a new shopping cart was unsuccessful, however, we will be replacing the books and adding several new titles soon. We will also offer some new pricing options to make our books more affordable. Unfortunately hardback books manufactured on demand are quite expensive so we have been looking for a more economical alternative. Check back in a week or two and we hope to begin adding items then.

 

1/14/2007 New Books for Arcade Collectors

We have been working on a series of arcade related books. The first group has now been published. These are available in the Books section. They include the Mike Munves collection volume 1 and 2. These books feature select games from the Mike Munves catalogs in volume 1 and complete reprints of Mike Munves catalogs in volume 2. The Arcade Flyer books are scheduled to be a 5 volume set. Currently only volume 1 and 2 are available. If there is interest in these volumes, the remaining volumes will be made available. If you have any submissions or corrections for these books please let us know. These are made in small runs and can be updated with the next publishing run. We do have other titles we hope to make available in the future.
